Business model

Preliminary agreed ownership model: The State will retain ownership of the land, the investor will have the full management of the hotel. The investor will keep the agreement until full recovery of the flows of the project, after which it will continue as manager or decide to return the investment to the state.

Concept: adapt the existing architectural heritage program for a hotel able to accommodate about 35 rooms. Building listed as a heritage asset. Typology “Casa-Patio”. The twentieth century.

Location: Province of Pichincha – Quito. Historic downtown. Mejia Street, between Venezuela and Guayaquil. A 100 m. north-east of the Plaza “Great”. A 50 m. west of the Plaza “Orchard St. Augustine.”

Investment required

Need estimated investment: Investment necessary to adapt existing facilities to house a luxury boutique hotel. Physical renovation of a building that is listed as a heritage property of the architecture of the city (IRM areas as: land 1,144 m2 – 2,907 m2 building).
